Pick One Cup

Privacy

Your photos

Photos are used only inside your browser on this device. They are never uploaded.

There is no code that sends them. A browser security rule (CSP) also stops data requests from going anywhere except our server and ad hosts.

Keeping a cup on this device

This choice is off by default. If you turn it on, the cup stays in this browser storage (IndexedDB).

It survives a reload, but it can be lost if you clear site data or the browser runs low on storage.

You can delete saved cups on the make page.

What goes into the stats

When you finish one of our templates, the language, template, item numbers and the winner go to our server.

There are no names, accounts or cookies. We do not store IP addresses, though requests pass through Cloudflare.

Results from your own cups are not sent to the stats.

Visit counting

We count how far people get (open, start making, finish, tap share), the language, the date, and a source label (which site they came from).

There is no way to link one visit to another. A session flag in your browser stops us counting the same step twice.

Cloudflare

This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically injects an analytics script into our pages. We did not add it, so we have configured browsers to refuse it, and its records are not sent.

The tag itself is still injected by the front layer, so we mention it. This site's address sets no cookies.

Ads

Ads appear only on the template list and on the result of a template. They do not appear while you play.

On screens that show your photos, the ad script is not loaded.

When ads are on, Google AdSense may use cookies.
